Smitty Electrial Solutions is located in Surprise, Arizona. We are a full service handyman business that offers residential clients a wide variety of repair services. I'm handy in Bathrooms. Do you have toilets that won't flush? Do you have a toilet that won't shut off? Whatever the problem, I will find a solution and administer it.
I am a House Sitter that can do weekly Home Inspections for Snow Birds and Vacationers. I will check for termites, flush toilets, and remove newspapers.
I'm handy with Doors. I can install a deadbolt or a new lock set on any door in your home. You can be secure in your home after I have changed your locks.
I fix Electricity. You may need to have a fan installed, or a light fixture replaced. If something isn't working, I'll fix the problem and get things working again.
I'm handy with Flooring. If you need your grout fixed or replaced, give me a call and I'll take care of it before it gets out of hand. I can also take care of calking needs.
I'm handy in the Kitchen. If your garbage disposal stops working, give me a call and I will fix or replace it as necessary. I can also install under cabinet lights.
I'm handy with Painting. I'm not a painting contractor, so I won't attempt painting you house exterior, but I will gladly paint any of your homes interior walls.
I wash Windows. My talent is primarily Electricity, but I will gladly remove the screens and wash all your windows so you can enjoy a beautiful view.
Harry Smith and his talented team of workers did such an amazing job of installing ceiling fans in my house. They had to run electrical wires through the attic for a fan in every room of my home. They worked fast, and finished the job in only one day, and cleaned up after themselves. There was no mess left behind. And the price was so much lower than I ever expected. I’m so very happy with the results, and the quality of work.

Mr. Smith of “Smitty Electrical Solutions” did an outstanding job of installing electrical outlets with GFCI on my patio. His team trenched from the breaker box all the way to my built in BBQ, and install underground conduit with the necessary wire, without damaging any of the existing underground systems. I’m very pleased with his price and with the quality of work.
